Is the R500 really just once-off?
Yes. You pay R500 once for us to design and build the site. After that, you only pay the monthly hosting fee to keep it live.
Why is there a monthly hosting fee?
Every website on the internet requires hosting (server space) and a domain name. We manage this for you for R200/pm (Standard) or R300/pm (E-commerce) to ensure your site is always fast, secure, and backed up.
What if I need more than 20 emails?
Our packages include up to 20 professional email accounts (e.g., info@yourbusiness.co.za). If you require more than 20, an additional fee of R100 per month applies.
What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to start work on your project. The remaining 50% is payable only when you are happy with the website and we are ready to go live.
